The COVID-19 pandemic impacted everyone across the globe and the advent of vaccines provided hope that the pandemic can be brought under control. This required vaccinating particularly vulnerable members of the community including front-line workers, elderly and those who are immunocompromised.

OGS Foundation, in coordination with Kintegra Health and the Ghanaian Physicians & Surgeons Foundation (GPSF), organized a vaccination event in Mount Holly, NC aimed at reaching underserved communities, particularly, immigrant West-Africans in the greater Charlotte Metropolitan area.
